Dear guests,

From November 17, 2021, the alert level and thus the 2G regulation will apply in Baden-Württemberg.

2G regulation: vaccinated and recovered

A vaccination certificate or a recovery certificate is therefore required for your stay.

A stay or a visit to a restaurant with test evidence (PCR test or rapid test) is no longer possible!

 

Your safety and health is our greatest concern, which is why you will find our detailed wellness measures for your stay below. In addition, you will find below all current measures of the state of Baden-Württemberg for your stay in the resort of the Öschberghof, whether as a hotel guest or day visitor.

 

Hygiene measures & distance regulation

  • If you feel ill in any way or have had contact with an infected person within the last fourteen days, please stay at home for your own protection and that of those around you.
  • Our housekeeping team is well equipped to prepare the rooms and all public areas perfectly cleaned, ventilated and disinfected.
  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in the room, in our sanitary rooms and at the entrance.
  • We regularly disinfect surfaces of all kinds, such as tables, chairs, door handles, etc. with a surface disinfectant with proven virucidal effectiveness.
  • Our employees wear mouth and nose protection every time they come into contact with guests.
  • In heavily frequented areas, there are distance markings and signs with marked walkways for general safety on the floor.
  • Maintain a distance of 1.5 m wherever possible and avoid body contact, shaking hands and hugging.
  • The safety clearances for stairs, doors, elevators and sanitary rooms should also be observed.
  • Plexiglass stands have been attached to contact areas such as the reception or the entrances to the restaurants, for your protection and for the protection of our employees.
  • Our service offers you the usual Öschberghof quality. However, our employees, as well as the guests among themselves, maintain the necessary distance, the measures and the applicable distance rules.
  • Please use the option of cashless payment. Cash is still accepted.

Mask requirement

Our guests are required to wear a medical mask in the following areas:

  • in all public areas, e.g. lobby, corridors, elevators
  • inside all restaurants & bars
  • in the outdoor areas where a distance of 1,5m can not be kept
  • during body-hugging applications, e.g. cosmetic, massage or hairdressing applications
  • at public events that are taking place indoors, e.g. Öschberghof-Classic Concerts

 

Medical masks are surgical masks (DIN EN 14683: 2019-10) or FFP2 masks (DIN EN 149: 2001) or KN95 / N95. Cloth masks are not allowed.

Three-stage warning system

The three-stage warning system in Baden-Würrtemberg will apply from September 16, 2021.

We have been on the alert since November 17, 2021!

 

Basic level: The hospitalization incidence is below 8.0 or the occupancy rate of the intensive care beds is below 250

Warning level: The incidence of hospitalization is above the value 8.0 on five consecutive working days or the occupancy of the intensive care beds is above the value of 250

Alert level: The incidence of hospitalizations is above the value 8.0 on five consecutive working days or the occupancy of the intensive care beds is above the value of 390

3G REGULATION and 3G+ Regulation

3G Regulation:

  • The 3G regulation (vaccinated, recovered, tested) means proof of recovery, a complete vaccination or, alternatively, a negative test result.
  • Proof of recovery is provided by a medically attested certificate.
  • Proof of vaccination is provided by presenting the vaccination card or the digital COVID certificate. PCR tests (not older than 48 hours), as well as rapid and self-tests (not older than 24 hours) are permitted to prove the negative test result.
  • Children up to and including 5 years of age and schoolchildren are exempt from the obligation to test
  • People up to and including 17 years of age who are no longer going to school, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as people who are out of med.
  • Reasons not able to be vaccinated are exempt from the obligation to carry out a PCR test and can submit a rapid antigen test

3G + regulation, i.e. with PCR test:

  • The 3G regulation (vaccinated, recovered, tested) means proof of recovery, a complete vaccination or, alternatively, a negative test result.
  • Proof of recovery is provided by a medically attested certificate. Proof of vaccination is provided by presenting the vaccination card or the digital COVID certificate.
  • Only PCR tests are permitted to prove the negative test result. Rapid and self-tests are not permitted. The tests cannot be older than 48 hours.
  • Children up to and including 5 years of age and schoolchildren are exempt from the obligation to test
  • People up to and including 17 years of age who are no longer going to school, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as people who are out of med.
  • Reasons not able to be vaccinated are exempt from the obligation to carry out a PCR test and can submit a rapid antigen test

 

Golf

  • Since 11/17/21, the 3G + regulation (vaccinated, recovered, tested exclusively with PCR test) has been in effect for outdoor sports
  • The general distance regulation applies.
  • Please take into account that you still need to register at the golf secretariat.
  • For your protection, there are disinfectant dispensers in all toilets on the field, at each starting hut and at the ball machine at the driving range.
  • The 3G regulation (vaccinated, recovered, tested), as well as the general distance regulation and the mask requirement apply to visits to our golf and fashion shops.

SPA & GYM

  • Since November 17, 2021, the 2G regulation and the mask requirement apply to the use of the SPA
  • For services close to the body, the 3G + regulation has been in effect since November 17, 2021, i.e. only possible with submission of a PCR test
  • In the case of body-hugging applications, a mask is required, unless it is not possible to wear a mask permanently (e.g. when using a face)
  • The 2G regulation applies to the use of the GYM in closed rooms, the 3G + regulation applies to outdoor sports, i.e. only upon presentation of a PCR test

Restaurants & Bars

  • The 2G regulation has been in effect for visits to restaurants and bars since November 17, 2021
  • In the restaurants and bars, the general distance requirement and the mask requirement apply

Public Events

  • The 2G regulation has been in effect for events since November 17, 2021, regardless of whether the events take place in closed rooms or outdoors.
  • The mask requirement and the general distance requirement apply to public events.

Private Events & Celebrations

The following regulation has been in effect for private events and celebrations within the alert level since November 17, 2021:

  • 1 household plus 1 additional person
  • Vaccinated and convalescent persons, persons up to and including 17 years of age and persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons are not counted.
  • Couples who do not live together count as one household.

Data protection & contact tracking

Due to the current corona protection regulation of the country, we are obliged to process your data for the purpose of contact tracking.

Current corona regulation of the state of Baden-Würrtemberg

§ 6 data processing

(1) Insofar as data are to be processed by the provisions of this Ordinance or on the basis of this Ordinance with reference to this provision, the first and last name and address of those who are obliged to process data may be given by those present, in particular visitors, users or participants , Date and period of attendance and, if available, the telephone number are collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of providing information to the health department or the local police authority in accordance with §§ 16, 25 IfSG. A new survey is not required if the data is already available. Section 28a (4) sentences 2 to 7 IfSG remains unaffected.

(2) Those obliged to process data must exclude persons who refuse to collect their contact details in accordance with paragraph 1 sentence 1 in whole or in part from visiting or using the facility or participating in the event.

(3) Insofar as those present provide contact details in accordance with paragraph 1 sentence 1 to those obliged to process data, they must provide the correct information.

(4) The collection and storage can also take place in an end-to-end encrypted form that cannot be read by the party obliged to process the data in accordance with the state of the art, as long as it is ensured that the responsible health authority will receive the data in the event of a release by the Data processing obligated receives in a form readable for the health department.
