The username is your personal card number, which can be found on your card.

 

The password is made up of the first three letters of your first and last name and a point as a separator. Please also pay attention to the capitalization of the first letter. (Example: Max Mustermann à Password: Max.Mus)

 

If your card belongs to two members: ladies first.

 

After logging in, you can customize your password in your personal area under "My Account".
