jobmotor in Südbaden
The in 2006 created "jobmotor" is an award by the Journal of Baden, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the Chamber of Commerce Freiburg and the Economic Assossiation of industrial Companies Baden (WVIB) that annually gives out a prize to companies which have created the most attractive workplaces. Hereby employee-loyality and support of the employees are highly rewarded.
The 2020 Corona-Crisis has brought massive cuts in the workplace. But the engagement to hire more workers and apprentices has not stop, in contrary, even more employees have been supported instead. That's why Der Öschberghof was rewarded with the "Concepts against the crisis for bigger companies" award.
