Is it possible to arrange a shuttle on the day of arrival and departure?

We would be happy to organize a shuttle for you upon request.
If you arrive by train, the transfer to the train station / airport Donaueschingen is free of charge for you on the day of arrival and departure.
We charge 240.00 euros per trip for pick up from Stuttgart or Zurich Airport.

Can I come by plane?

You can fly directly to the regional airport in Donaueschingen. You are able to book your individual airport with our exclusive flight partner E-Aviation.

What are the check in and check out times?

Your room is guaranteed to be ready for occupancy at 4 p.m.
The room is available to you until 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
After consultation and based on hotel capacity, a late check out is possible for an additional charge.
Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed in advance.

How long can I use the SPA area for?

You are free to use our SPA area from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 p.m. on the day of departure. We will be happy to stow your luggage at reception during this time.

Can I bring my dog ​​with me?

We warmly welcome you and your dog in the dependance rooms of the hotel. We charge 30.00 euros per day per canine. We will provide you with dog bowls, a dog blanket and a dog towel for use.
To allow your four-legged friend to stay in the room undisturbed, each guest is encouraged to let us know what time would be appropriate for room cleaning each day.
Your dog is also welcome on our golf course, in the RISTORANTE & PIZZERIA HEXENWEIHER, in the ÖVENTHÜTTE restaurant and our restaurant BelNini by Der Öschberghof.
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in our main building.
Would you like to spend undisturbed hours at the SPA, but not leave your four-legged friend alone?
Feel free to contact us, we will be happy to take over dog sitting in the back office of the reception.

Where can I park?

Our parking garage can be found directly at the hotel entrance. The parking space in the garage is included in our Öschberghof services for overnight guests. Day guests and overnight guests of the dependance suites are guided to use our spacious outdoor parking lot.

Can I park my caravan / motorhome in the parking lot?

Guests who arrive by mobile home and stay overnight in the hotel are able to park their mobile home in our parking lot at any time. Please understand that it is not permitted to spend the night in a mobile home / caravan on our premises.

Is there an offer for babysitting?

We would be happy to organize a babysitter or childcare service. (prices on request)

When and where does dinner take place?

As part of the half-board arrangement, dinner takes place in the ESSZIMMER restaurant. A table is automatically reserved for you from 6:30 p.m onwards. Our 5-course exquisite menu is served until 9.30 p.m.
If you would like to dine at ÖSCH NOIR, the RISTORANTE & PIZZERIA HEXENWEIHER or the ÖVENTHÜTTE, you will receive a credit of 29.00 euros per person to have dinner à la carte. We recommend that you reserve a table in advance. Let our reception or guest relations know so that we can book for you.

How long can I order something to eat? / Where can I get something to eat late at night?

From 12 noon to 11 p.m. you can order dishes from our bar menu in the BAR & TAGESBAR as well as in your room.
You can find our bar menu on your suite pad.
After 11 p.m. we are happy to serve you a reduced selection of dishes to your room. Please note the dishes marked with * on the bar menu are available for in room service. Our reception will be happy to take your order. Please note that there is an additional flat-rate surcharge of 10.00 euros per order for room service.

Can I have breakfast in the room?

We would be happy to serve you breakfast in your room. To do this, fill out the breakfast card and hang it in front of your room by 3 a.m. You can find the card located on your door handle.

What are the breakfast times?

A generous breakfast buffet awaits you in our ESSZIMMER. From Monday to Friday, enjoy our breakfast from 7 am to 11 am. On weekends and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Is my minibar included in the room rate?

The filling of your minibar is included in your room rate. Our team refills your minibar once a day. All other drinks can be ordered from Room Service for a fee. Discover our other Öschberghof services that are included in your room rate.

How can I pay my bill?

The invoice can be paid in cash, with EC or Credit card. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Maestro. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept Swiss Francs or Diners Club credit cards.

Can I charge my electric car?

We have wallboxes and charging stations sponsored by Mercedes-Benz for electric cars.
Simply register at reception, we will be happy to connect and park your vehicle. A service fee of € 10.00 will be charged.

Can I have my laundry washed and ironed?

There are laundry bags in your closet, for the laundry to be handed in at the reception. Please fill out the enclosed list carefully and hand it in with the laundry. Please refer to the list for prices. Laundry must be submitted on weekdays by 9 a.m. upon which, at the reception, you will receive your laundry by 6 p.m. back. On weekends and holidays are by request. We are happy to iron your laundry as well or if preferred there is an ironing board and iron in the room.

Where can I put my golf bag?

Our hotel guests have their own caddy hall directly at the golf secretariat. You can store your golf bags and accessories there for the duration of your

Can I cancel my stay free of charge?

You can cancel your individual stay free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. When booking an activity, a free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival. Special conditions apply to overnight stays as part of event bookings. These conditions and all other details can be found in the general terms and conditions section. Please note that special cancellation conditions apply to Covid-19.

Is there a PC that I can use?

In our business center right next to the living room there are PCs that you are welcome to use. Smaller printouts can be made directly in the business center, for larger quantities please contact our reception.
